Talley Construction Co., Ltd was founded in 1973 by David Talley and Melanie Talley, where we officed at 11625 W. Hardy in Houston. In August of 2002, the company moved to its new corporate office at 13623 Perry Road, Houston, Texas 77070. With over 39 years of experience, we are one of the oldest and most respected restoration companies in Houston, Texas. Talley Construction Co., Ltd performed over 700 restoration projects in the last year alone.
